 My love of art started when I was in high school when I had the opportunity to design a logo for a local sorority. Since then I've explored many different hobbies: alcohol ink designs, knitting, acrylic paint pours, scrapbooking, etc.

When my husband retired we hit the road in an RV and traveled the US and Canada for 6+ years, I desperately needed to find a skill that would comfortably fit in our reduced space. As luck would have it, after an extended stay in Texas I was introduced to Rigid Heddle Loom Weaving!  Working with all kinds of yarn (Bamboo, Soy Silk, Soft Acrylics, etc) blossomed into trying machine knitting and I could weave and knit on the road; the supplies and yarns didn't take up much space, and it provided me a chance to explore local yarn shops in any city that we visited.  An adventure by itself.

Fast forward a number of years, we're settled back in Florida and my supplies, and creations have their own room. I started perfecting the wine hats....it started as a Christmas Ornament, developed into a Gift Card Holder, I added a charm to it, and one day it dawned on me to use it as a Wine or Olive Oil Bottle Topper! I love creating new designs, color combinations, and stretching the knitting capabilities.

I was born and raised in our beautiful Sunshine State. I love sharing my creations with everyone. I hope you enjoy my designs as much as I enjoy making them.
