You might place a stone in your bowl. to remind you of our connection to the earth, source of much of our well-being. You might add an object that represents your faith, which sustains you. You might add a feather as a reminder of that lightness and freedom are good for the soul.
Each bowl is handmade and is inscribed around the outer rim with "beloved child of God, delightful daughter of the universe, earth mother, star child"
